Hyperfixation
For adults with ADHD, episodes of hyperfixation can manifest in many situations, some of the most common of which are: “Losing yourself” in a new hobby, obsessing over a TV show, book series, or video game, researching a random topic or topics for hours online, fixating on the details of a conversation or interaction you’ve had, tendency to lose track of time while performing a certain activity

I am not the best at blogging, I’ll think about it… maybe write something, or maybe get distracted by another something and lose my train of thought for years. That is the way she goes. I created this website thanks to my hyperfixation with cooking. It’s an obsession of mine, I can get lost in the kitchen for hours and it is usually the only time I am not wracked with anxiety. A pleasant side effect. I’ve been thinking about this website for years… experimenting with flavors for years. I never organized myself enough to really create or build anything… until now. This is my first attempt. We’ll see how long it lasts, or if it persists (I hope it does). We’ll see if it fails or succeeds (I hope it succeeds). I hope you enjoy my flavors!

Welcome to my chaos.
