Heyyy, my name is Erin! ᯓ ♥

Welcome to The Flavored Mind! This is my little corner of the internet where I share flavor-packed recipes and the joy I find in cooking.

I call the Mitten State home, cheer for the Detroit Tigers, the Lansing Lugnuts (Go NUTS!), and now PWHL Detroit too!

I live with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Bipolar Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), and Panic Disorder. Living with these conditions has shaped how I develop recipes, with clear organization, manageable steps, and a photo for every stage so you can cook with confidence at your own pace.

I’m far more interested in making recipes taste incredible than making them look picture-perfect. Around here, flavor always comes first. If you’d like to learn more, check out my About page.
