Imposter Syndrome
Imposter syndrome is the condition of feeling anxious and not experiencing success internally, despite being high-performing in external, objective ways. This condition often results in people feeling like “a fraud” or “a phony” and doubting their abilities.

Still making updates and progress, it feels really good. But! I have this lingering self-doubt that I am just wasting my time. I am not a culinary chef, I am a disorganized nobody. Granted, I am very organized in the kitchen but that is neither here nor there. I have been teaching myself how to cook for over a decade, watching videos of techniques and experimenting with different flavors. I have a lot of knowledge, but is it enough to create this website? Only time will tell I suppose, I am going to keep hunkering down and see what comes of it. No real point to this post, just rambling.

If I wear spots does that make me a Leopard?

I love your site Erin! I share your love of food and cooking. It takes courage to develop a site like this. With all of the recipes here, with everything you have gone through; I am amazed at the content you have on your site. You designed and made this from scratch, not some pre-made version, your own recipe site! Thank you for not having annoying pop-ups on your site that block the view of your recipes and then take you to other sites. ❤️
