Yesterday the knives were sharpened. It is my favorite time because it helps speed up prep time. However, despite being mostly careful, I still sliced my thumb up pretty bad. It took a couple band-aids before it stopped bleeding through them 😅 Hindsight, I now know what I should not do with freshly sharpened knives (brush loose broccoli off the blade and into the trash!!) Noob alert.
I am reminded of it constantly today at work since I spend the whole day typing… 😓
