- 4 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tsp sea salt, fine grain
- ½ tsp ground pepper
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Step 1: Gather all of the ingredients and preheat the oven to 350°F.

Step 5: Melt butter in a small cup then add soy sauce, Worcestershire, and ponzu. Stir to combine.

Step 6: Using a silicone brush, brush the seasoned butter onto the top of each potato.
