Welcome to The Flavored Mind—my little corner of the internet where I share my own recipes along with my love for all things food. I’m the creator, and author behind it all (she/her/hers). 🏳️🌈
I call the Mitten State home and YASS 🙌🏻 I’m a big fan of the Detroit Tigers and the Lansing Lugnuts (Go NUTS!).
When I’m not in the kitchen, you can find me coding, solving puzzles, building LEGO creations, gaming, drawing, diving into true crime, getting lost in a good book, or out in nature camping, hiking, and backpacking.
I also live with ADHD, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and panic disorder. While the journey hasn’t always been easy, finding the right treatment and support has been empowering. Because of that, I design my recipes to be extra approachable (especially for my fellow neurodivergent folks) by breaking each one into clear, step-by-step instructions with photos, which reduces overwhelm, supports focus, and makes the process easier to follow at your own pace.
