Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1: Add water to a saucepan, set to high heat and bring to a rolling boil, about 15 mins.

Step 2: Measure Jell-O® and Knox gelatin and add to a bowl.

Step 3: Add water to Jell-O® and Knox gelatin.

Step 4: Whisk frequently for about 10 mins. (it will be frothy)

Step 5: Pour mixture through a fine mesh sieve into 9″ x 13″ pyrex dish (The fine mesh sieve removes any remaining undissolved gelatin and reduces bubble foam)

Step 6: Let sit on counter 10 mins. While resting, use a wooden spoon to break up bubbles periodically.

Step 7: Once bubbles are gone you can chill for 4 hrs.

Step 8: Remove from fridge and sit at room temperature for 1 hr.

Step 9: Dip the bottom of the dish in warm water for 20-30 secs. Run a knife around the edge of the entire dish.

Step 10: Turn and gently shake onto a clean surface to release the gelatin.

Step 11: Cut into squares.

Step 12: Enjoy!
