I call the Mitten State home and YASS 🙌🏻 I’m a big fan of the Detroit Tigers and the Lansing Lugnuts (Go NUTS!), and now PWHL Detroit too!

When I’m not in the kitchen, you can usually find me coding, solving puzzles, building LEGO sets, gaming, drawing, reading true crime, or outdoors camping, hiking, and backpacking.

I live with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Bipolar Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), and Panic Disorder. These conditions can make everyday tasks feel overwhelming, but I’m always developing strategies that help me navigate daily life and continue growing. I value my neurodiversity and the perspective it brings to how I experience and approach the world.

That’s why I design my recipes to be approachable and highly organized. Even when a dish is more complex or uses professional techniques, it’s broken down into clear, manageable steps with a photo for each one so you always know what to expect and can follow along at your own pace.

And if you’re wondering about the plating… let’s just say I’m a recipe developer first and a food stylist second. Around here, flavor always gets top billing.
